In the beginning it was Kristýna. Kristýna graduated from the veterinary faculty, majoring in food safety and hygiene at the Veterinary and Pharmaceutical University in Brno. However, she was more interested in cosmetics than in food.
"It may not seem like it, but food and cosmetics have a lot in common, especially when it comes to safety and production quality. Cosmetics attracted me a little more," says Kristýna.
Why feet?
An average person takes 4,000 steps a day. Ideally 10,000 steps. At 75, we definitely have more than 1000 miles in our legs. We have almost 100 million steps in them. That will take a few walks around the globe.
Yet we still neglect our own feet. We care for the face and the whole body. We look after cellulite, wrinkles and stretch marks, but we don't deal with cracked heels. It is often too late for a solution. We take our feet for granted. At Bis Bis, we decided on a completely different approach. We give maximum possible care to legs and feet.
Why go for a pedicure?
Pedicure should be part of our perception of the needs of our own body. It is the same professional action as physiotherapy or massage. Pedicure is a complex therapy, working with the body and psyche. Anyone who regularly indulges in a pedicure will confirm that calming and relaxing is a bonus to the treated skin.
Since we started our business, we have been guided by two fundamental ideas. The feelings of the cared for and the feelings of the caregiver. Bis Bis cosmetics are "tuned" to be enjoyed by both parties. However, we also think about foot care at home. That is why we have also developed a product line for home use. For perfectly smooth skin, 5 minutes a day is enough, when you are not getting a pedicure.
